Victoria Garcia is your voice for the City of San Fernando!

Meet Victoria Garcia

As a third-generation San Fernando resident, Victoria is a military-wife, mother of three young children, and an attorney with deep roots in the City. Over the last few years, Victoria has dedicated her time to serving her community.

In March of 2023, Victoria was sworn in as a Transportation and Public Safety Commissioner for the City of San Fernando. In March of 2024, she won a special election to become a Councilwoman for the City of San Fernando.

In just 6 months, Victoria has fought for - and received - over $500,000 to fix our sidewalks, increased police patrols in the City, and passed an ordinance to ban homeless encampments on City property. But each achievement was a battle. Your vote this election will determine whether the City of San Fernando continues to advance.

Victoria is endorsed by the San Fernando Police Officers Association and SEIU 721, who represents San Fernando city workers.

Victoria holds an undergraduate degree, with honors, from UCLA, a Master’s degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and a Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School, where she also received pro-bono distinction.
