As a third-generation San Fernando resident, Victoria is a military-wife, a mother of three young children, and an attorney with deep roots in the City. Over the last few years, Victoria has dedicated her time to engaging in City issues and local advocacy groups. On March 1, 2023, she was appointed Transportation and Public Safety Commissioner for the City of San Fernando, and with your vote, she looks forward to serving you as a Councilmember.
Victoria Garcia obtained an undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a Master’s degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and a Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School, where she also received pro-bono distinction.
